Israel experiences the glory departing God's house to come and reside with His true House, the faithful remnant in exile, before returning with them back into the land. Eventually Ezekiel describes a new future temple, a perfect temple, with a stream of living waters flowing from it that water the whole earth picturing Christ and his gospel message to the nations.
