Today I posted a video. And that created a 'tension' and 'fear' inside of me.

Why ?

Because that video was created by me and it was me in the video. Not sure how you feel about 'selfie' pics and video ? Well I truly do not like what I see most of the time and having had the subject discussed in the past, most of us feel that way.

So why have I done it ?
