In this episode, I had my good friend, Shishir Kaji Shrestha on the podcast. We met back in high school back home in Nepal. Both of us left Nepal at around the same time for our studies and went through similar ups and downs that we talk about in this episode.

We Talk about what school is like in Nepal and what problems we faced, Then we get into how the school is like abroad as well as its pros and cons, We also get into the difference between us and Australia. We discuss deeper things like finding your passion and purpose in life as well as take a look at Shishir's Instagram and ask him about some of his personal interests like adventure, meditation, and mindfulness and how he looks at Fitness as a lifestyle.
