Michael Schofield is the founder of Performance Code, a company specializing in First Responder Performance Training. Michael spent 13 years working in professional baseball as a minor league strength coach, coordinator, and performance coach with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Atlanta Braves, and New York Mets. He currently serves as the Director of Health and Performance for the City of Aurora (CO) Public Safety.
