Show notes

In today's episode,  pelvic floor and women's health expert Dr. Marcy Crouch and motherhood wellness expert Alyson Hempsey are chatting with none other than Eve Rodsky. She's been featured in The New York Post, The Guardian, Forbes, CNN, and more.

Eve is working to change society one partnership at a time by coming up with a new 21st-century solution to an age-old problem: women shouldering 2/3 or more of the unpaid domestic work and childcare for their homes and families. She is the author of "Fair Play," and her NEW book, "Find Your Unicorn Space." They talk about how to equitably divide the emotional labor and mental load of motherhood, Eve's new book, "Find Your Unicorn Space." The gals consider this interview to be somewhat of a spiritual experience (...and yes, Marcy cries.)

Join us weekly as we talk all things related to motherhood, pregnancy, the postpartum period, recovery, mental health, vaginas, and everything in between.
