This is not a new subject for us, we have both been through the process of healing for a long time and that is

why we started this podcast to share with others what the process is like and why it is so important

So it was a bit surprising for us how much we have learned by doing this podcast and revisiting these issues

from a fresh perspective from other survivors that we interviewed
