So what do we mean by that? Well, if you think about it, if you're going to do a marathon, you will tend to train for it. If you're going on a skiing holiday, you tend to try and do some ski based exercises in the gym for a couple of months beforehand, ideally. But actually, do you train if you're going on a long walking holiday around New York City? Or do you train if you're going to start spending a week walking around Disney World in America? Disney Feet, as its commonly known, is a real condition!
