Did you know that this week is Foot Health week 2022?

And this year the Royal College of Podiatry is focusing particularly on you and your feet in the workplace and the problems that can arise from spending long periods of time on your feet.

However, we thought we'd focus on another problem that can arise from spending long periods of time on your feet, ingrowing toenail causes and when to seek help. And with that, welcome to episode 13 of the NK Active podcast. In this latest episode NK Active director Nick Knight joins Doctor Charlotte Dando to talk all about ingrowing toenail causes and exactly when the right time to seek help is.

You need to be looking after those feet and toenails of yours. If you're experiencing any kind of pain on a regular basis we strongly advise that you come and get yourself checked out.

After all, you only get one pair of feet. You need to look after them!

Thank you so much for listening today and as always #MoveForward.
