This week I discuss the ability to gain freedom in our role as a Superintendent, things to look for and ways to achieve it, having freedom does not mean that you are free from responsibility or hard work.  I also spend some time on RFI's and how they play a role in the freedom we all desire so much. Have faith patriots. 

Nothing we do is new, it has all been done before. The difference that separates the good ones from the not so good ones, is who is willing to put in the work. #wwg1wga
