We got the opportunity to talk to Dr. Jonathan Kandell, the Director of the USG Center for Counseling and Consultation. In our discussion we talked about the importance of mental health, his path of becoming a leader in therapy, and some simple solutions to challenges concerning the holidays. Dr. Kandell was able to provide tremendous insight into the ins and outs of therapy and why he believes therapy should be a tool in every student's toolbox.
