In this episode, Melissa shares her experiences as a full-time working mother with two boys. She reveals the many conversations she has had with her child’s headteacher. Melissa contrasts different approaches by different headteachers and the results she observes. During the Covid lockdown, Melissa was encouraged to take a more active role in her children’s education and worked with other mothers to develop a support network to share experiences.
