People will always have opinions to share, some of them matter, some of them aren't worth anything. The ones that help you grow and develop yourself are the ones that you should hold onto and use, the ones that are shared with ill intentions should be cast off and their speak should be avoided at all costs. Not everyone who gives you their opinion wants to see you grow and prosper, so don't absorb every word thrown your way. Build a confident self-image, so that you're able to tell between friends and fiends.
