Nothing fixes deep traumatic experiences like fighting your brother.  We know that Picard was just too good to be real and we are happy to see that he has someone in his life to bring him down a notch.  Oh and Wesley and Worf have family too, though just in the filler minutes.  Stick around and see how Patrick and Sascha figure it out.
