Usman Iftikhar is a systems entrepreneur, passionate about utilising the power of entrepreneurship to collectively solve the global climate emergency and the global refugee crisis. He's the co-founder and CEO of Catalysr, a startup pre-accelerator in Australia, which empowers migrant and refugee entrepreneurs (aka migrapreneurs) to launch their own startups. In their first 4 years, Catalysr has supported 273 migrapreneurs launch 110 enterprises.
Usman is a 2020 Stanford GSB alumnus, a 2019 Obama Leader, Westpac Social Change Fellow, 2018 AMP Tomorrow Maker and Singularity University's GSP 2017 Fellow.

Jan Owen is a highly regarded entrepreneur, innovator, influencer and author. She has led and founded many organisations and businesses, most recently the Foundation for Young Australians and Learning Creates Australia.
