It’s that time of year - the lull between Christmas and the kick off of a new year!

For many people this is the time where we relax and reflect a bit.

Sometimes we’re thinking of goals for the next year, but often, for those dealing with the fallout of narcissistic abuse, we’re just trying to catch our breath.  The thought of surging forward with shiny new goals into the new year is a bit overwhelming.

Here’s the thing though…
With all we’ve been through over the last year, it’s not helpful or even healthy to just stuff everything in a box, try to forget it and get on with the next year.

So today we’re going to talk about 5 exercises that are interesting to work through, will yield useful insights and help us find some resolution to the mental and emotional ragged loose ends flapping in the breeze.

BTW, I have a special workbook you can download for free.
You may find it helpful to print out that workbook at:

Let's dive into these exercises and what we discovered.  Hopefully it will inspire you too.
