A podcast for creatives about how to nourish our art and ourselves. Weekly discussions about creativity, art, writing, music...and sometimes fun socks. Our philosophies: 1. As artistic beings, we need to create in order to be well. 2. Creativity and structure are not mutually exclusive. 3. Why wear boring socks if you can wear fun socks?
