My guest on this episode is my friend Katrina Collier and she and I have known each other for over 15 years when I first entered the world of recruitment! Katrina is an author, keynote speaker and facilitator and she is also a mentor, philanthropist and all-round generous human being. 

Katrina joins me to chat about her journey from working in financial services and the car dealership industry in her native Australia, to how she arrived at deciding to relocate to the UK and establish herself and a new career in the recruitment industry. 

We also discuss Katrina's progression to being a recognised influencer, her passion for charity work and her philanthropy through her book, The Robot-Proof Recruiter and she shares with us her thoughts on the importance of a strong work ethic, mentoring with empathy and her hopes for the future.
