Biblical entrepreneurship and job creation in Kenya are growing so fast and many entrepreneurs are coming up and seeing what they can build is such a blessing. Mr. Kitonga, currently the Country Director in Kenya, shares that every day is an education day and he doesn't dwell so much on current wins or failures. He is one man who has been giving his best and country the competitor who won the business plan competition came from Kenya and he gives all thanks to God and to the amazing team that he works together with. Frank says that failure is usually a learning point and that when you fail, do not let it go to your head. Instead, pick up the lessons and use them as a learning point. There is so much potential in Kenya and I do believe that the work we are doing down here is going to put Kenya out there and hopefully even open doors for Africa because that is the goal. Frank believes that Africa is capable of doing awesome things and he believes that Africa as a whole needs to be bold and do everything like they only have today because God has already given them grace. Kenya is looking at launching programs in this second half of the year one of them being Women In Business in Kenya. This is huge and considering that most winners have been women, this will be a great forum for them and the women in the country. US Country Business Plan Competition is one that covers a great region in America and so far has done so well this year. Wendie Klem who is the North America regional director says that this whole thing has been God because it is him who has given her the grace to accomplish all these. She adds that, during this process, she's been able to work with entrepreneurs who are in various stages of their businesses that are from discovery till they get to a place of succession and this gives her so much joy. Entrepreneurship is a continuous process and one thing that never grows old is that it is a continuous learning process plus you investing. It may look hard since risks are involved but then the beauty is you will win some and lose some and that is completely okay. Risks are part of the journey and they do bring so many lessons. Debrah says that it is okay to say no to opportunities if you feel that they don't fit with what you intend to do. In the end, be proud that you fully understand your purpose and continue working on things that align with your purpose. For this class to have gotten to this point, the trainers have put in the work plus seeing people come together to learn how they can bring kingdom businesses is so fulfilling to watch and it feels encouraging. For transformation to be done, you have to transform everything from the mountain of finances and economics first. For Arman and Petya, the goal was to build biblical entrepreneurship that would impact the economy of Bulgaria and the nation as a whole. They add that this was important to them because as much as the economy of Bulgaria runs at the moment, it is outsourcing everything and they would love to change that. For them the people that work for them are not really employees, instead, they are more of people who are sharing the vision and are going to help them reach their business goals. Kaloyan, part of this Business plan competition, says that he's grateful that each of them is connected through this Nehemiah Project and they feel that they are part of something bigger. He adds that it is the constant reminder and feeling that God is there throughout the whole course. Arman and Petya share that this is a huge milestone for them, but they owe it all to God for giving them grace all through. The E-Community Global Forum is open to everyone but the beauty is if you are a silver, gold, or diamond member, you get to attend it at no cost. The theme was about taking dominance and being victorious in the things that you do and in the panel were amazing people from around the world who got to talk about their areas and even answer questions. Mme. Zamana Kinkela attended this forum and she is also the director of the e-community center in Congo. She says that this was an amazing experience and getting to share ideas with different people during focus group discussions and also listening to the panelists made it all worth it. Mme. Kinkela also talked about the disruptions that the recent volcano has caused to the people of Goma and how she decided to help. She says that when the volcano first happened six years ago she felt that they should something and that is why she's all out trying to raise funds to help those affected. On some days especially during this pandemic, we might be tempted to give up but do not there is a reason why you are still holding on. When taking dominance there are days that you will need to be aggressive but on some days all you need is to let God be God.  Mr. Dustin Lively of the DDS, 333 Dental Care shares that he always wanted to be in the dental sector though at some point it got exhausting and all he wanted was for God to tell him what to do next. In the process, he came across the Biblical Entrepreneurship course which has so far changed his life. Mr. Lively says that in dentistry school, no one teaches you about business so when he started his dental sector he didn't know what to do. He adds that the biblical entrepreneurship class opened his mind o what exactly happens in the business world and at the same time impacted him with ways of doing business God's way. Life before Biblical entrepreneurship was overwhelming and Mr. Lively constantly worried about how he would do things all he knew is that he wanted God to take the lead. On the journey to taking dominance, it is bound to get lonely but you shouldn't be worried because those are the moments you are bound to hear God. Taking dominance in the financial industry wasn't the plan in the beginning. It is something that developed as a result of me doing what I loved.  Mr. David Witter, CEO, and founder of Financial Harvest Wealth Advisors says that before venturing into finance, he was an engineer by profession and on a daily basis he would do designs for various projects. He adds that the problem was that he didn't really see the results of what he was doing and there was a feeling deep within him to do something in line with God's purpose for him. Having grown with his mother and seeing her fear making financial decisions, he decided to study finance to be able to help his mother, and just like that he realized he enjoyed doing it. Years later he shares that he has learned lessons along the way but most importantly known that it is important to stand by your company values when dealing with clients. The truth is sometimes clients will want you to do things their way which sometimes goes against your values. Let them know you can't do it even though it is the hardest thing to do. Mr. Witter says that it is important to protect your employees being it from clients or them worrying about their next paycheck. When they are completely covered then you are sure of them doing their best when it comes to delivery. Taking dominance is about operating from the point of clarity but sometimes this is not usually the case since you will find yourself doubting but you still keep on pushing regardless. Nina Mutegi the winner of the International Business Plan Competition shares what dominance means to her and how she got to do what she's doing now.  For Nina Mutegi her story is not different. She shares that this wasn't her dream from the beginning. Having wanted to pursue a career in medicine but ending up doing nursing abroad kept her going for a while. Nina says that during this period she learned that she needed to work really hard to enjoy what everyone around her was enjoying. For some reason, this made it even better for her when she came back home and she understood how important it is to put in the work. Nina adds that getting into the family business came later on even though she didn't want to do it from the beginning. She believes that everything she went through previously was preparing her for something and that is what she is doing right now. Sometimes learning comes from making mistakes. She adds that for her, her job is not always all about the money instead it is something she loves doing, and growing up in a household where her parents always helped people who were in need has played a major role in this.   Mrs. Ana Maria adds that for her to fully help a client she has to know them well. This helps her know the exact help to offer since they will have interacted on a personal level. For her challenges are what pushes her to do better because the truth is they will always be there. Taking Dominance is important especially when it comes to running a business or even building it. It involves knowing your craft and knowing what to do at what point. Mr. John Thiongo, a fierce entrepreneur, shares that one requires the spirit of a lion when it comes to building. Innovation facilitates business growth and it challenges you to do more but at the same time seeking guidance from God. AI Caperna who is the Chief Servant Officer of CMC Group,  shares that during the early days of their marriage, they focused on what God was doing in the life of each of them. This helped them a great deal since they realized that it is not always about yourself, you need to focus on the other person, this helps a great deal. When doing business with your partner, always work as a unit because God always works things out of agreement therefore, you have to be in constant agreement with your partner. A couple of businesses need a lot of work and combined efforts to better the more united you are. When you decide to innovate, have in mind that there are risks involved and sometimes your idea may not work and that is okay. Seek guidance from the holy spirit since all creativity comes from God and knows what will be needed in the future. You may not believe it but then simple things can be part of the solution when you are innovating. One thing you have to make sure though is that the people you bring on board to help you with your idea fully understand and you are on the same page.
