In today's episode, I take a look at the 18 or so players that will likely draw interest at the non-taxpayer mid-level exception price range and pair them up with teams who project to have their full non-taxpayer mid-levels exceptions available to their disposal. I also dive deep into the Houston Rockets tumultuous situation and put together fake trade ideas around different scenarios, including retooling around James Harden or completely rebuilding by trading away both James Harden and Russell Westbrook.
