Hey, I hope you're doing well!

In this episode I wanted to have more of a fun convo type podcast with not so much medical jargon. I also wanted to put more of my personality in this episode. This is definitely a learning curve for me but I'm having tons of fun. This is also a shorter episode so I hope it is more digestible. I really wanted to keep things upbeat and light.
