I love cycle paths! I have rediscovered them during lockdown and now appreciate even more their role in allowing me to move about, car free, through some gorgeous tree lined spaces filled with birds and other wildlife. I also have a better understanding of their role in preventing wildlife species decline and their other social and environmental benefits.
