Kristen shares her story of all of the things that happened and she worked to balance during the first 2 years of this COVID 19 pandemic: working with trauma patients, leading nursing care and practice, supporting her family through some of the most unimaginable events, and finishing graduate school.

Kristen talks about her love of nursing development, practice, and patient care, how this two years has changed her and how she works to adapt and adjust and meet the needs of the nurses and patients in an ever changing time.
