It is, and isn't what it sounds like. Yes I was diagnosed with all three. No, this episode is not sad, however, because I briefly talk about suicide, there is a trigger warning. This is a more personal episode about my mental health experience, how I survived depression, and thriving. Remember, we are constantly healing, growing, and evolving. Give yourself grace!!
