In this interview with Director #TommyOliver, he talks about Juice WRLD's lifestyle and how the music industry potentially did and didn't impact his choices. #JuiceWrld, also known as Jarad Anthony Higgins, was a well-liked rapper whose life was cut short due to an accidental OD. In watching the documentary, it's impossible not to feel the loss of the talented and unassuming artist, who had a gift for creating complex lyrics on the spot at any moment. He was inspired by the smallest things and used his talent, as many do, to connect with the world. Despite his abrupt exit, he managed to impact a plethora of people in a short amount of time. And this documentary is unique in that it is largely from footage he and his friends shot on cell phones - without the intent of it being a documentary - and there are very few external interview breaks. All in all, it's a moving glimpse into the life of a young Black musician whose potential was unfortunately lost.
