Whether you’re a business just starting out or you’ve been around for a while, you need to have a roadmap – something that is going to direct you from where you are to where you want to go. Don’t know where that is? That’s a problem. My favorite quote is if you don’t know where you’re going anywhere will take you there. But let’s look at that. Say you live in Michigan and want to get to Florida. Do you just jump into your car, head it south and go? Probably not. You are probably going to want to have directions, a sense of how many miles, how many days, how much money. All those kinds of things. Right?
