Grief and loss are something that we have probably experienced or will experience in our lifetime, and it's something we can't prevent, we must face it, especially when life takes unexpected turns. In this episode, we will share our stories about losing people that we loved, how we were affected and how we healed, how our upbringing can have a lot to do with how we deal with grief, and more! We also know there are people out there who may have not experienced a passing of a loved one, so we touched on grief when it comes to discontinuing our relationship with people.
