In this episode I discussed a Facebook post that I made a week ago and went into depth about how sometimes the toxic person in your life, and I took some accountability for some behaviors that I've recently had to let go of in order to progress. I briefly discussed two conversations I've had with two of my closest friends.
The affirmations for this episode are as follows:
- You are capable . You can do this, and you are equipped.
- Good things are still to come.
- You are powerful beyond measure.
- What you are doing is enough.
- You are strong. You have survived so many things to get to where you are
- You are worthy.
- You are enough.
- You are loved.
Today I choose to interrupt my anxious thoughts with gratitude. I recognize the power of my mind. I take control of my thoughts and imagination. I focus my attention on hope. I am actively imagining good things happening to me and around me. I am imagining a life that is wild, beautiful, and overflowing with goodness. Good things are coming my way. Cheers to you for not giving up on your dreams and goals. You deserve everything you want and even more. Keep pushing.
