Today I am sitting down with Ellen Langley, who is a Special Needs teacher at Springdale High School located in Springdale, Arkansas.  This is part-one of a two-part interview. We discuss the beginnings of Ellen's calling to become a Special Needs educator and how her family played a big part in helping her fulfill her dream.  Ellen will become Dr. Ellen Langley once her dissertation is completed in the fall of 2022.
