Just started listening to K & K, and I didn’t realize how funny they were! I knew to expect sound and accessible advice because of their books, but I didn’t expect to be so entertained. Their chemistry and banter makes it fun to engage with work place issues. Usually, corporate politics, bad bosses, ect are exhausting to think about, so it’s been very beneficial to enter into the funny and yet still thought provoking headspace their show creates.

I have really enjoyed listening to My Crazy Office episodes with Kathi and Katherine. Their expertise in dealing with workplace dynamics and relationships combined with their humor and entertaining guests make it engaging and worth listening to the very last minute. As a conflict coach and workplace mediator, I have learned great tidbits in working with my clients. Listening to “My Crazy Office” is always a joy - K & K always make salient points, and manage to entertain listeners as well. The questions they tackle answering sometimes make me nod my head - very easy to relate to if you’ve ever had a work situation you didn’t quite know how to handle. Between quips from the producer and the variety of guests, you never know what each episode will entail - I’ve been a fan from the beginning.

I’ve been following Katherine Crowley’s and Kathi Elster’s My Crazy Office podcast series since just about the beginning. They tackle even the most awkward of real-world office situations, relationships, promotions, you name it, with humor and very sound advice and real-world solutions. In addition, their guests never fail to add an enjoyable and knowledgable dimension to each episode. I highly recommend listening to them. There’s wit and wisdom in every podcast.
