I hope your past week or weekending was good, if not. That’s cool beans! That’s in the past, let’s move forward and have a “GREAT” ass week going forward. Thank ya, for taking your time out your busy life, to listen to little old me! This week, for me on scale 1-to-10 my week was about “6.7”! If you volunteer, to help out a friend or anyone you care about. You have to, let me repeat that once again. You HAVE to, keep your word! Because, once you give your word, your people will start to “Dependable” on you. Your people will start to rely on you. They will, put their trust in you. So, you have to keep your word. It’s that plain and simple. I can’t make any easier then that to understand. 

Because your actions have serious consequences, and if you fall through on your word. You can and will F*** up your people’s life up. Also, if you can’t keep your word for your loved ones, then "who can you keep your word for?"
