Sue is a typical teenager in the early 1970s, trying to find her place in a changing world. She's got a loving boyfriend and a caring father, but her mother is a "Women's Lib" activist, who doesn't seem to trust any man who comes into Sue's life. How will her mom react when Sue takes a job at the local gas station -- putting her own boyfriend out of work -- but her boss seems to take more than a business interest in her?
