This week we’re off to Wales to speak with non-other than the queen of Dalmatian print and pastels, Carly, or Wish Upon a Cupcake as you might know her on social media.
Carly has such an interesting story because she’s been able to make a career change within the baking world going from weddings to well, not doing weddings. But starting new trends, helping to start a business in the dried flower space, becoming a brand ambassador, and of course, baking different things to what se used to do.
What is quite a shock in all of this is she literally lost her business overnight and had to start from scratch all over again. How did she do it? Well, it’s time to find out, so here we go with episode 4 and a chat with Carly.
