- Using the maps, letters, clues, land marks and phone recordings they were able to verify that indeed Hadden had led them to the area of the root cellar.
- Battling the winter elements, and a forgotten old dirt road they were able to locate the old foundation that Hadden had described.
- They finally found their starting point and spent 2 days fighting freezing temperatures, ticks and a steep and treacherous terrain in search of the root cellar.
- Upon returning home Tony received a call from Hadden. He was excited that we found all the clues and was acting vindicated because we had grilled him so much on whether the root cellar really existed.
