In today's solo episode I go over one of my mostly highly asked question on Instagram... How do I manage my Hashimotos? Especially through conception, pregnancy and breast feeding!
I'm sharing with you my TOP 5 HEALTHY HABITS that i have put in place to manage my autoimmune disease, minimise flare ups and help my body thrive as a woman and through 3 pregnancies.
From symptoms of Hashimotos, inflammation in your body, hormone balance to mental health and saying no more often, i talk about what has really worked for me in the 8 years since i was diagnosed. Removing inflammatory foods, taking supplements, ditching HIT workouts, removing chemicals and toxins and being more in tune with the flow of my life are soem of the points I talk about in my chat with you today.
I genuinely hope this helps you to implement changes to give your body the best chance to thrive if you too have been diagnosed with Hashimotos or an Autoimmune Disease.
