What happens when you get a janitor and a garbageman together?  No, this isn't a punchline to a joke.

Quincy Evans of BCJ Building Services joined Multifamily Radio to talk about janitorial services at apartment communities.  He offered helpful advice on how property management should think about hiring a janitorial service, and what they should be doing to prepare for reopening after COVID-19.

Multifamily Radio is a production of Go Doorstep,LLC a valet trash and recycling provider.
