MS Black and Well is a safe space for Melanated Multiple Sclerosis warriors. Round here we do unconventional things to overcome the challenges that Multiple Sclerosis presents.  The hope is that this brain child of mine will land in a familiar space with folks that look like me.  A tribe building of sorts.
