Labor and staffing shortages (1 person can't do the job of 3)

I decided to start this podcast to talk about issues that have an effect on me and you on a local as well as national scale. Also I explore some pet peeves of mine which you may relate to. The hope is to make this a better world by starting within my neighborhood. In the end I want you to know that we may disagree on certain topics but I still love and value you all. 

I am dedicating this to my daughter Amaya Rice and her mother Camelia Williams.
