Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  We're kicking off Black History Month with my mandated movie, Hidden Figures, a film that dramatizes the significant contribution black women made to the space program in the 60s.  Normally, I'd pretend I knew who these women were even before the book this film is based on released - you know, for internet cookies - but their stories being purposefully buried in history's trash bin is kind of the point so yeah, let's spend an hour critiquing these women's titular figures! Figures as in math.  What did you think I meant?
