Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  This month's theme is "Cars, But Not Disney's" so my sister mandated we watch Days of Thunder, a movie with days but no real thunder.  But perhaps I'm taking the title too literally.
