But there are no protocols that combine reliable tests to guide one’s intensity. In this podcast, I have a really fun and informative Q&A session with triathlete and coach, Benjamin Kessel, owner of Priority Fitness in Park Slope Brooklyn. We break down overtraining, overtraining symptoms, when to say when during exercising and different ways to recover.Guest: Ben KesselBen Kessel is the founder/owner of Priority Fitness (est 2008), a Brooklyn based fitness studio that also focuses on strength & conditioning for endurance athletes.Ben has a fantastic team of trainers who work collectively with him.
