"The grass really is greener" says Nav Bakhsh, co-founder of the walking group Boots and Beards, and he should know! After 40 years of never really spending much time outside, family events made him re-evaluate his lifestyle and he hasn't looked back since. Talking to Nav was incredibly life affirming and his enthusiasm to get everyone outside, not just his community, is a delight to hear. We discuss the history of Boots and Beards, the amazing natural world and how he believes that the outdoors could be a great way of tackling racism.
