Their whole lives they are taught to be strong. To be in control and they cannot be seeing as weak. Whenever they shows their emotions, sometimes they are called many disrespectful names. But there is a power in being vulnerable. It takes a lot of strength whenever a man become Vulnerable. Men are not God, they are humans that have feelings and emotion. Being vulnerable is not a crime. Being vulnerable help create a safe space for openness, compassion and trust.
