This month was tough with high anxiety. You ever helped a person and realized you were enabling? This episode I reflect on how I brought unrest, drama, and possible danger to my home in the name of helping. Remember, some people don’t want help; they want to invite you into their chaos.  Also, remember saying NO is very freeing.
