Who are we if we aren't fully alive?.. Who are we if we are ignoring the heartache and pretending to be ok?  We become a shell of ourselves and aren't actually fully living. We are put here to feel, to heal, to be joy and sadness.. and anger... and pain. Jealousy, rage.. To have it all is to FEEL IT ALL.

Todays episode I skirt over some really shitty things that have happened, and really dive into the meaning and lessons being fused and extracted from the depths. From the undertow of pain and tears may we rise again.
