I had a messed up childhood... I knew from a very young age I would tell my story and help people... Well, fear has stopped me from diving into details of what I saw as a little girl and what I experienced because I was embarrassed, ashamed and didn't want to appear as different or weird or worst of all WEAK.
Today I am diving into a bit of my history regarding my alcoholic mother... This is always really triggering for me around the holidays.
I decided to share today in case this might help someone out there going through something similar.
