During this episode of MTSS- UnScripted we chat with Ms. Kia Richardson founder of No More Blows, Brown Girls Heal, and co-founder of Self Care Ain't Selfish! This conversation takes a look at how Kia healed from sexual abuse, the murder of her child, and the ups and downs of growing up! This Warrior Queen has not let her experiences shape her future. The energy and sisterhood in this podcast is contagious! Grab your coffee or tea, your notebook, and your favorite pen. We are about to experience MTSS Unscripted at its very best! Connect with Kia:No More BlowsEmail- [email protected]Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/Theultimatemessage/IG-@nomoreblows Self- Care Ain't Selfishhttps://www.selfcareaintselfish.com/
