When it comes to the topic of work ethics it feels like the different generations just can't agree. The puzzling thing though is that the generation that is now complaining about Gen Z being so lazy and not having any respect for work and their superiors, were in the same place just 40 years ago. So how do we fit into the picture of lazy young people, how can we conquer the accusations of Boomers and why is this whole thing maybe a good sign of power shifting? This is to a future of more personal choice and responsibility and less complaining about things we caused ourselves ;)
