One of the most famous hoaxes when it comes to the world of the supernatural is the Cottingley Fairies. A series of photographs taken by two young girls in the early 1900s that captivated, and fooled, the world into believing Fairies and Magical Creatures truly exist. Though we now know the photographs to be faked, the story behind these creation of them is nonetheless facinating.
