- Business Week means five consecutive Business Days, excluding Public Holidays as defined in the Public Holidays Act;
- Month means a calendar month.
- Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.
