Deep Run Business Centre I & II, located at 3955-3991 Deep Rock Road, just off West Broad Street west of Gaskins Road, includes 88,118 square feet of space in a two-building layout. Feldman Bergin Properties purchased the site for an undisclosed price from its owner, another Maryland-based company, The Premier Companies. Colliers International represented the seller.
